I was used to using ceramic and steel sharpening kits. I'm impressed with the ease of use with the diamond sharpening system. I used it both wet and dry and it performed great both ways. With just about a dozen strokes I was able to sharpen knives that normally take 5 to 10 minutes apiece. It's also so easy to clean after use. Just rinse it under running water and wipe dry. I am a professional sharpener. This did an excellent job in sharpening some chisels. I would also use it on knives and axes.

Upon receiving your product I immediately went to my knife drawer and proceeded to put a very fine edge on my knives. Not having to get out my oil stones and the mess involved with that was a HUGE benefit!
