Marlborough, MA — The engineers at Diamond Machining Technology (DMT®) have enhanced their Aligner™ into a full sharpening kit that will serve as today’s solution for maintaining a consistent bevel for superior sharpening results on any blade.
The kit features:
- Knife clamp with seven-angle adjustability for the correct angle every time.
- Compact and easy to store, the interchangeable stone holder with quick release cam-lock allows easy change of stones when stepping through the grits.
- Durable black fabric storage pouch with instruction window means the lightweight Aligner™ Guided Sharpening System can go anywhere.
- Stones can be used without stone holder for additional versatility.
- Stone holder and stones, along with serrated knife attachment, work with all brands of knife clamps.
To afford the use of every sharpening option, the following accessories are available:
- Unique convex fine diamond stone designed to sharpen the inside edge of curved knife blades.
- Tapered conical serrated knife sharpener.
- Thick blade knife clamp for today’s thicker blades.
- 4” Diamond Whetstone™ offered in four progressive diamond grits: Extra Coarse, Coarse, Fine and Extra Fine.
- Unbreakable ceramic 4” stone for that polish finish -- plus its thinner profile creates a micro bevel without angle adjustment.
