Leading Gardening Organization Gives Official (Green) Thumbs-Up

DMT Diamond Machining Technology has received the Seal of Approval from the National Home Gardening Club and a ranking for quality and reliability in the 90th percentile based on responses from more than 85 club members who spent four months testing the DMT Diafold Diamond Flat File.
DMT President Mark Brandon says the National Gardening Club’s findings help validate what DMT customers already know—that DMT sharpeners are superior in design, performance and ease of use.
“We are pleased that Gardening How-To’s product testers, who are real-life consumers and gardeners, have recognized the high performance of DMT’s diamond sharpeners,” said Brandon. “The DMT Flat File is designed and built to provide many years of sharp edges, giving gardeners tools that are easier to use with less fatigue. And, as all gardeners know, sharp edges give cleaner cuts, leading to healthier plants.”
DMT provided its Diafold Diamond Flat Files to 87 members of the National Home Gardening Club for testing during the summer and fall of 2010. The members were provided instructions on the proper use of the sharpener and were asked to fill out a questionnaire. The results showed 91 percent, essentially 9 out of 10 gardeners, liked and would recommend the product. The DMT Diafold Diamond Flat File received an overall Member rating of 8.1 on a scale of 1 to 10 (1 being poor, 10 being excellent) with convenience ranked as the best feature. What’s more, the DMT Flat File achieved average scores ranging from 8.2 to 8.7 for each of the following test criterion: convenience, ease of use, performance and effectiveness.
