Well Diamond Machining Technology, DMT®, has developed a diamond sharpening device that will help save those ineffective edges from the dumpster. Capable of providing precise sharpening on any knife or tool, DMT®’s Diafold® Magna-Guide Quad Kit can easily get any edge, from a razor to a cleaver, working like new. The Quad Pack features the finest monocrystalline diamond available - DMT®’s new Extra Extra Fine grit for mirror-like bevel finishes and extreme sharpness. The Diafold Magna-Guide Quad Kit features a super strong magnetic attachment which enables the user to sharpen without adjustments and quickly change grits. Extremely lightweight, its four grits include Coarse (325 mesh/45 micron), Fine (600 mesh/25 micron), Extra Fine (1200 mesh/9 micron) and Extra Extra Fine (8000 mesh/3 micron). It is also capable of matching virtually any bevel angle with its seven-step angle choices. The Quad Kit’s new knife clamp hinge design allows clamping of virtually any thickness blade. Its folding handles safely keep fingers away from cutting edges while sharpening and also protect the diamond sharpening surfaces when not in use.
