Testing Yields High Praise for Sharpening Kitchen Knives with DMT

Marlborough, MA—DMT Diamond Machining Technology has received the official Seal of Approval from the Cooking Club of America along with an 83 percent approval rating from club members who spent three months testing the DMT 8-inch DuoSharp®plus™ with Base.
DMT President Mark Brandon says the Cooking Club’s test results help validate what many professional chefs and home cooks already know—that DMT’s diamond sharpeners are the superior choice, making food preparation easier by quickly and safely sharpening even the hardest steel kitchen cutlery.

DMT provided its 8-inch DuoSharpplus with Base to 50 members of the Cooking Club of America for testing during the late winter and spring of 2012. The members were provided instructions on the proper use of the sharpener and were asked to fill out a questionnaire. The results showed that 83 percent, essentially 8 out of 10 testers, would recommend the product. Fifty percent of the testers gave the DuoSharpplus an overall rating of "Excellent."
